Identified, evaluated, and recommended viable assessment instruments for GMAC to deliver for pre-admission, post-selection, placement, and MBA program outcomes; for full-time and part-time, MBA and Executive MBA programs, at domestic and international graduate business schools.

Certified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Daniel Goleman's Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI); experienced in the use of many instruments to assess managerial and cross cultural competencies.
